First, I want to say thanks to Dr. Garrett and the Smiles staff, for making me feel comfortable and for the wonderful smile they have given me. Dr. Garrett and his staff make their patients feel at home and like they are able to relax. The staff is very friendly and sympathetic. They put their patients well-being first, and to keep kids entertained they play movies. They work with you throughout your treatment and are encouraging during the whole time period that you have your braces and retainer. The office has a friendly environment and welcoming atmosphere. The people that work their, from the receptionists to Dr. Garrett himself, they make each visit fun in its own way. I’m glad my parents chose to take me to Dr. Garrett and for the terrific memories that I was able to walk away with.
