First, I want to say thanks to Dr. Garrett and the Smiles staff, for making me feel comfortable and for the wonderful smile they have given me. Dr. Garrett and his staff make their patients feel at home and like they are able to relax. The staff is very friendly and sympathetic. They put their patients well-being first, and to keep kids entertained they play movies. They work with you throughout your treatment and are encouraging during the whole time period that you have your braces and retainer. The office has a friendly environment and welcoming atmosphere. The people that work their, from the receptionists to Dr. Garrett himself, they make each visit fun in its own way. I’m glad my parents chose to take me to Dr. Garrett and for the terrific memories that I was able to walk away with. Thank you for a memorable experience and the opportunity to be patient of the year! I will always take care of my brand new, fabulous smile. • In January, come join us in our adoration for the season! Guess the amount of snowmen and snowflakes in the jar at your next visit and enter for a chance to win a $25.00 gift card.
• February, share the love by taking a gamble on the correct amount of hearts in the jar; we will repay the warm feelings by granting the winner a $25.00 gift card.
• In March and April, we want to see pictures of your best friends! Bring or send us a photo of your pet and three winners are in for a lucky treat! The categories include: the cutest pet, most colorful and the most unusual. We can’t wait to have your furry friends be ours too!

Patients have the chance to win a $25.00 gift card to Books*A*Million for awesome oral hygiene. Not only will you receive a goody, but you will further benefit your orthodontic treatment!

We can’t forget about the parents, whom of which deserve to have their time and efforts rewarded! Bring your child’s appointment slip to the next visit; if you are on time and the original appointment was not rescheduled, we will enter you into a drawing. Every three months we will award a winner with a $50.00 restaurant gift card! Parents will also have the opportunity to win a one year subscription to a favorite magazine. Refer a patient to our office, once the patient begins orthodontic treatment you will be entered to collect a captivating prize!

Dear Dr. Garrett:

I really love my teeth. When i first got braces i was scared and didn’t wanna get them but i really glad i did. I really liked having you as an orthodontist. You and your staff are really nice. I loved coming to your office and playing on the Xbox and the computer. I excited i dont have to get braces or anything like that again but i am really gonna miss coming to the office. Thank you for the pictures from the picture people too. they were really nice. Hopefully I can bring my kids to you when they need braces! Well thanks again for everything. I am really going to miss coming to the office.
