INITIAL PAYMENT PLAN
A down payment may be made at the start of treatment, with the balance paid monthly over approximately 75% of the treatment time. This is financed at no interest but is automatically withdrawn from your checking, savings or credit card account.

INSURANCE COVERAGE Our practice will be happy to assist you in determining whether your insurance company will cover your orthodontic treatment. If your company does provide a benefit, our staff will be happy to assist you in filing your claim. In most cases, we will accept assignment of insurance benefits and make arrangements with you for the balance of the professional fee. If you do not have orthodontic coverage, we will work with you to come up with a financial plan to fit your budget.
