Dear Dr. Garrett:
I really love my teeth. When i first got braces i was scared and didn’t wanna get them but i really glad i did. I really liked having you as an orthodontist. You and your staff are really nice. I loved coming to your office and playing on the Xbox and the computer. I excited i dont have to get braces or anything like that again but i am really gonna miss coming to the office. Thank you for the pictures from the picture people too. they were really nice. Hopefully I can bring my kids to you when they need braces! Well thanks again for everything. I am really going to miss coming to the office.
